The Wine Company is located at:

1. The Wine Company has appointed BAYS Connections Pte Ltd (BAYS) to take care of the members of ‘your-wine-company’.
2. ‘your-wine-company’ is subject to payment of a non-refundable annual joining fee of S$21.40 (1-year membership) or S$42.80 (3-year membership) inclusive of 7% GST and submission of a completed application form available at Ling Ling by The Wine Company or online.
3. Applications for ‘your-wine-company’ are for persons aged 18 yrs and above.
4. Each customer of ‘your-wine-company’ (a “privileged customer”) will be identified against your mobile number.The date of your membership application is valid immediately and will expire a year later. Example, if you apply on 20 Mar 2014, your membership will expire on 19 Mar 2015.
5. ‘your-wine-company’ entitles the privileged customer to a savings of 10% on all foods and bottles of wine consumed in-house. ‘your-wine-company’ also entitles the privileged customer to a savings of 30% on beer, liquor, cocktails & wine by carafe all-day, every day.
6. ‘your-wine-company’ savings are not redeemable for cash.
7. To enjoy the savings, the privileged customer informs his/her mobile contact at the point of purchase.
8. BAYS reserves the right to: (i) amend the privileges and these terms and conditions and (ii) decline the renewal of ‘your-wine-company’ without prior notice at the sole discretion of BAYS Connections Pte Ltd.
9. BAYS reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or terminate ‘your-wine-company’ on reasonable grounds. Reasonable grounds shall include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of ‘your-wine-company’ scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of ‘your-wine-company’ other than in accordance with these terms and conditions or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of the privileged customer in connection with ‘your-wine-company’ scheme. In the event that BAYS withdraws, suspends or terminates ‘your-wine-company’, the privileged customer shall be entitled to a refund of a pro-rata amount of joining fee for the unexpired term of ‘your-wine-company’.

11. Privileged customer shall be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with BAYS Connections Pte Ltd who is appointed as the marketing arm of The Wine Company
12. PRIVILEGED CUSTOMER PRIVACY. By becoming a privileged customer, you agree to receive The Wine Company marketing materials and other communication from The Wine Company. Your personal information will be held in accordance with The Wine Company Privacy Policy and The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) protection law in Singapore which governs the collections, use, disclosure and care of personal data which can be found at our privacy policy
